Shipment processing time
Since all our 925 sterling silver stacking bracelets and stackable rings are hand-made to order it takes a little time to create your jewellery, quality check it and the arrange for dispatch. All orders are processed up to 5 working days, before shipping, but sometimes more quickly.
Customised/personalised stacking bracelets and rings take longer to create, so are more likely to take up to 8 working days to process.
If under any circumstances I cannot commit to processing your order within 8 working days I will email you within 24 hours of your order to outline the delay. I will offer a refund or exchange if the delay is not acceptable to you.

Delivery is free of charge to any UK postcode: England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. I select the best value shipping providers to ensure I'm able to continue providing a free service.
I usually dispatch UK orders via Evri’s tracked delivery service for small parcels, ensuring a reliable and efficient shipping experience. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Evri typically delivers within 2-4 working days, but during peak periods, this may vary. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid any delays.
On occasion, I ship by "First Class Signed For" via Royal Mail. This enables me to monitor and share basic information with you such as the date I have handed your parcel to Royal Mail, who are then responsible for delivering your purchase. Royal Mail delivery times are generally very good, but please bear in mind that delivery can take longer during busy postal periods, such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and during Postal Strikes.

Damages
My Silver Wish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
