I use the best quality materials to design and build our range of 925 sterling silver charm bracelets and rings. However, on the rare occasions that your purchase within 30 days of purchase we will repair it free of charge.

I am happy to consider a wide range of repairs to My Silver Wish bracelets and rings purchased longer than 30 days ago. These repairs will incur a small charge starting from £7 (this includes our postage cost back to you).

Advice for returning purchases

I always recommend that you return your jewellery to us in a secure padded envelope, using Royal Mail Signed for. I pride myself on a speedy service and strive for your repair to be returned to you within 15 working days, however please note that this is subject to stock.
