Coronavirus / Covid 19: Message from My Silver Wish

Dear Customer, 

I wanted to keep you informed of the steps I have taken to continue to provide a My Silver Wish service to you during these very worrying and difficult times.

Since founding My Silver Wish, the well-being and happiness of my customers is as important as my own family - never has this been truer than today.

I have been working closely with my suppliers and partners to ensure that I am well stocked with charms and materials and able to continue dispatching bracelets and rings.  This means that I am in a position to design, make and ship your orders from my office at home.  

Good hygiene practices have always been important to me and I am taking extra hygiene measures such as regularly cleaning my materials and working areas to ensure your sterling silver bracelets and rings arrive with you in a safe manner.

Deliveries

Like all keyworkers, the Royal Mail are currently experiencing a great deal of pressure. As a result, the swift delivery times that we've all come to expect are not always possible.

To ensure you have complete transparency on your order deliveries, I recently started shipping using 'First Class Signed For' which is a trackable service. From 10 May 2020 and until further notice your Order Dispatch notification email will include a Royal Mail tracking code, so you can track your order as it travels to you.

I will not be charging extra for First Class Signed For and UK deliveries are still free. This is about me providing an extra level of assurance during these difficult times.

These are challenging times for us all, and the rules change every day, but for now I continue to be open for business and on hand to help.

If you have any queries during these uncertain times please don't hesitate to contact My Silver Wish. I will do everything I can to ensure as normal a service as possible and will keep you updated through our social channels and website.
